The show's "stunningly compatible" soundtrack by Wellingtonian Emi Pogoni includes ambient recordings of Lambton Quay. Pogoni's music catapults viewers into a bizarre and restless urban world; this world is intersected by the protagonist as she recounts the certainty of childhood and figures out how to deal with 'adult people'.
