INTERNSHIPS

NZ Fringe has a strong kaupapa of career development opportunities for interns with a proven history of follow on paid roles where available and applicable.

We have the following internship roles available for the 2019 Fringe Festival:

 

FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP x 2 (unpaid)

part-time flexible December 2018 to April 2019

Shadowing festival manager, assisting in complimentary ticketing systems and bookings, front of house management, chipping in at events, and general festival duties. Priority will be given to ticketing duties. This role is part-time: two morning hours four days per week, plus evenings. Fringe is keen to support applicants alongside other employment obligations and can be flexible, so if you have a job you need to work around don’t let it stop you applying. Direct report to Festival Manager.

PAID FESTIVAL ROLES:

BOX OFFICE MANAGER

Fringe is hiring a box office manager to start training mid Feb and work full time 10.30am to 6.30pm 5 days per week during the festival (1 to 23 March) to sell tickets and deliver quality accessible information to our audiences and artists from our box office container corner Bond and Willis Sts. Experience preferred but not essential.
