- Early August - Regos open
- Early October - Regos close
- Early October - Programme print deadline
- Late October - Funding rounds open
- Mid November - Funding rounds close
- Early December - Funding Results Announced
- Mid December - Programme launch
- Mid February - Festival Opening Gala
- Mid February - Festival Starts
- Early March - Festival Ends
- Sunday after the Festival - Awards Ceremony
- Early April - Reporting due
