- 15 August – Registrations open
- 9 October – Registrations close
- 9 October – Programme print deadline
- Late October/Early November – Funding rounds open
- Mid November – Funding rounds close
- Early December – Funding Results Announced
- Mid December – Programme launch
- 11 February – Festival Opening Gala
- 12 February – Festival Starts
- 6 March – Festival Ends
- 7 March – Awards Ceremony
- Early April – Reporting due
